An Alabama couple after having their eleventh child decided enough was enough.  The husband went to the local veterinarian and told him he and his cousin did not want any more kids.  The veterinarian told him about the vasectomy procedure and how costly it was.  The veterinarian suggested a less costly procedure.  Take a cherry bomb, put it in a beer can, hold it to your ear, and count to ten.  The guy went home, took a cherry bomb, lit it, placed it in a beer can from the yard, and held it to his ear.  He counted 1.2.3.4.5 at that time he placed the beer can between his legs and used his fingers to plug his ears.  This method also works in Tennessee.
