LOUISVILLE, KY (NBC) - The sightseeing train that derailed at the Louisville Zoo Monday had just been inspected earlier this spring.

Kentucky officials said they had not received any prior complaints about the train, which overturned Monday sending 22 of the 30 passengers to hospitals.

One child was critically injured when three open-air cars and the engine left the tracks near the gorilla exhibit.
